OUR SERVICES

M&D Transportation, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Johnston, RI. Our success has been based upon forming mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers. Our areas of operation vary with the type of service our customers require. We currently operate in four modes:

1. Intermodal, servicing all piers, rail-yards and airlines in MA and RI on a domestic and import/export basis.

2. Local Truckload Service, serving all points from CT to NH.

3. Intermediate Long Haul, serving the northeast corridor to VA, NC, SC, OH and IN.

4. Dedicated JIT, to handle raw materials and finished products for plant production and customer distribution.

To insure reliable and on-time delivery, our fleet is 100% company-owned, with radio dispatch for all local equipment and GPS tracking and dispatch for all road equipment.
